HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

About This Opportunity
Welcome to our Investor Relations (“IR”) team. They add value by supporting the marketing, fundraising and servicing investors for their private market strategies in close collaboration with the investment teams, the sales force spread across 18 local offices and the Responsible Investment team. As such you will have the opportunity to work across of alternative assets classes such as PE, VC, Private Credit / Loans and other illiquid strategies and participate or drive various related business initiatives.
The Investor Relations team is part of the Institutional & Wholesale Distribution (I&WD) division, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and Business Management. The team plays a crucial role in supporting they strategic foray and ambitions into the private markets.
What you will be doing:
As Head of Private Equity Investor Relations you play a critical role in leading and growing a highly efficient IR fundraising and services platform out of Luxembourg in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The job includes, yet is not limited to, supporting the IR activities of Trill Impact AB, a premier Sweden and Germany based impact private markets firm and partner. In this role, you will also be part of I&WD’s management team and have the opportunity to contribute to the broader development of the company.
Lead a multinational team of 10+ Product and IR specialists;
Plan, organize and oversee various fundraising activities including event planning and execution, due diligence days, due diligence questionaires, product support, sales training, marketing support and onboarding activities for instance;
Ensure appropriate servicing of and communication to Limited Partners after fund close throughout the fund life cycle;
Implement continuous improvement culture in the team, seeking to refine and optimize processes to “make it easy” and efficient for team and stakeholders;
Contribute to and support strategic projects related to the busines ambitions in the private markets space in collaboration with senior Management and the value chain (Legal, Product Office, etc.);
Ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities with all stakeholders along the value chain to ensure adequate fundraising support and client servicing, incl. sales teams, investment teams, ESG experts, legal teams and other service providers.
This role is based in Luxembourg and will involve regular travelling to the Nordics and other European locations.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the private markets fundraising mechanisms, value chain (legal, operations, client service) and products;

Your Experience And Background
·Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 in a similar position in a private markets asset manager, central administrator or a placement agent;
·Proven people and stakeholder management experience;
·Degree in business administration, finance or equivalent;
·CAIA or equivalent is valued but not a requirement;
·Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; any other language is appreciated;
·Eligible to work in the EU.
