                                                                                   PERSONAL ASSISTANT (M/F)

DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to represent a multinational consulting company that is well known for being a great and diverse workplace.


The Personal Assistant will be the right-hand of the Managing Partner by providing a tailored assistance, facilitating their day-to-day activities, and adding value to client relationship management.


  • Proactive managing the calendars, incoming phone calls, outlook inbox and incoming mail process
  • Planning and organising internal and external meetings / lunches / conference calls
  • Completing the time sheets and managing the expenses
  • Assisting in procurement process
  • Planning and organising business travels and related itineraries
  • Monitoring of the trainings & related follow-up with Learning & Development department
  • Providing solution-oriented support involving a wide variety of duties that are critical to ensure smooth and seamless business processes (ordering tokens, liaise with IT team etc.)
  • Being Directors’ delegate for systems/applications
  • Assisting during external meetings (preparation, taking minutes, follow-up)
  • Planning and organizing client events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations (client presentation, internal presentations, potentially proposals) by applying internal templates and guidelines
  • Assisting with the Client Relationship Management tool : reports, contacts, mailing/event list, opportunities
  • Train the new team members


  • Fluent in English. German and/or French would be considered an asset
  • A first experience including a proven track record working within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Outlook and MS-Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exemplary organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize the workload and stress-resilient
  • A high standard of communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as contributing to a team
