PARALEGAL – CORPORATE (M/F)
THE JOB:
DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS is representing his client, an international law firm in their search for their corporate department of a Paralegal, expert in the corporate goverance of Luxembourguish entities.
Key responsibilities:
-Drafting standard corporate documentation, including notarial deeds (incorporations, capital increases and decreases, mergers, liquidations), board resolutions;
-Liaising with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS), notaries, lawyers;
-Maintaining share registers;
-Preparation of closing bibles.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Law graduate (minimum Bachelor degree);
-Prior relevant experience as a paralegal;
-Fluent in French and English. Basic knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
-Organised, flexible and team-oriented;
-Dynamic, proactive and rigorous;
-Strong writing skills;
-Good knowledge of “MS Office” tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s affairs and client information.

At the final stages of the recruitment process, the successful candidate can be asked to provide supporting documentation such as, for example, copies of diplomas or proof of previous jobs, and a standard criminal record check might also be requested.
