GERMAN-SPEAKING ACCOUNTANT / CONSULTANT
THE ROLE:
Our client is a well-established consulting firm based in Luxembourg, specializing in advising companies in the construction and industrial sectors. To support the growth of their business, they are looking to recruit a German-speaking Accountant/Consultant to assist clients in setting up and optimizing their accounting and administrative processes.
As an Accountant/Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement and streamline accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on financial accounting processes and best practices
Implementing and configuring accounting workflows within ERP systems
Planning and delivering client training sessions and workshops
Leading client projects, including quality assurance and budget follow-up
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, with a specialization in financial accounting
Previous experience in financial accounting (industry or consultancy)
Strong interest in accounting software and openness to learn new tools
Excellent command of German (written and spoken); proficiency in English, French, or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
