ASSOCIATE, DEPOSITARY REPORTING
DO Recruitment Advisors are recruiting an Associate, Depositary Reporting of a leading Real Estate Investment firm. The role is providing support on the depositary and legal reporting and is support of the Legal and Compliance team.
THE JOB:
-Taking care of day-to-day operational depositary reporting preparatory work for real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations such as AIFM Directives.
-Main point of contact with the Custodian Bank and liaising regularly with the Group Company on the depositary reporting matters.
-Reconciling data and documents linked to the ownership of the assets.
-Performing analysis and controls to mitigate the risks linked to depositary reporting.
-Supporting the Legal & Compliance team on initiatives to optimise data processes linked to reporting requirements.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-At least 3 years’ experience in a Depositary Control department, fiduciary or similar,
-Familiarity with AIFM Directives,
-Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage (especially German, French or Spanish),
-Total proficiency in Excel and MS Office standard applications,
-Experience in conducting due diligence a plus,
-Excellent communication skills,
-Efficient organization and prioritization of tasks, completing work to a high standard strict deadline,
-Good analytical skills to resolve complex problems and Innovative mindset.
