THE JOB:
DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS is proud to represent an international law firm in their search for a Knowledge Manager – Corporate/M&A (12-month contract). Working closely with the Corporate department’s partners and associates, this role is central to the team’s knowledge management and learning initiatives.
Key tasks include:
·Organizing and maintaining the department’s internal knowledge database.
·Drafting templates, memoranda, and practice notes to support internal practice.
·Planning and coordinating training sessions within the Corporate team and in collaboration with other departments.
·Leading and participating in internal team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
·Providing technical legal input for presentations, articles, and legal updates.
·Monitoring and advising on relevant market and regulatory developments.
·Collaborating with colleagues from HR, IT, Marketing & Communication, and the central Knowledge Management team.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
·Master’s degree in law (or equivalent).
·Minimum five years of experience in Luxembourg Corporate/M&A law, either as a practicing lawyer or in a knowledge management role.
·Fluent in English and French; additional language skills are considered an asset.
·Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
·Highly organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
·Proficient in legal drafting and research, with good command of legal databases.
·Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
