DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CONTROLLING MANAGER (M/F)
 
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Digital Transformation and Controlling Manager will lead the design, deployment and optimization of financial systems, reporting tools and KPIs across the group. This role sits at the intersection of finance, systems and real estate performance, and acts as a key partner to senior management.
 
 
THE ROLE:
 
Digital Transformation & Systems

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of a complete financial and reporting software suite (ERP, consolidation API, reporting, BI);
  • Act as the business owner of finance systems, ensuring alignment with group needs and scalability;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external integrators during implementation phases;
  • Drive process standardisation, automation and data quality improvements across entities.

Controlling & Reporting

  • Design and oversee group-level controlling and reporting frameworks for real estate entities;
  • Develop, monitor and continuously improve key real estate KPIs (asset performance, cash flow, yield, occupancy, capex, debt metrics, etc.);
  • Produce and supervise management reporting for senior management;
  • Ensure consistency, reliability and transparency of financial and operational data across jurisdictions.

Management Support & Projects

  • Act as a key interface between Finance, IT, external providers and management;
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable dashboards and decision-making tools;
  • Support ad-hoc projects including acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings and portfolio analysis.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent;
  • 7+ years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or finance transformation;
  • Proven track record in deploying a full finance / reporting software suite in a multi-entity environment;
  • Fluent in English and French. German would be considered an asset:
  • Strong exposure to real estate asset management and performance monitoring;
  • Experience in multinational and cross-border environments.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate KPIs and value drivers;
  • Strong systems mindset combined with solid financial expertise;
  • Structured, analytical and data-driven;
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to manage complex projects end-to-end;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
