CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – REAL ASSETS (m/f)
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a dedicated and motivated team, ensuring both the delivery of exceptional client service and the welfare and development of team members. You will act as a brand ambassador for the department, promoting the organisation’s core values.
The purpose of this position is to administer a limited but diverse portfolio of Real Assets Alternative Investment Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Associate Director. The ideal candidate will have varied administrative experience, including company secretarial, transfer agency, cash management, and client relationship management. You may already have some experience managing people or be eager to grow into a leadership role within the fund administration sector.
Knowledge sharing and strong communication skills will be key to building and maintaining a high level of expertise within your team. Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the first point of contact for a limited number of alternative investment fund and corporate structures.
-Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advisory services.
-Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering client-focused solutions.
-Oversee and minute client board and shareholder meetings.
-Act as a « B » level authorised signatory on client bank accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Manage the profit and loss account of your client portfolio, including working capital and aged debtor control.
-Supervise, train, and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
-Participate in performance appraisals for team members.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and alternative investment fund regulations.
-4-5 years’ experience in alternative investment fund administration or similar, supported by a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
-Ideally experienced in coaching, supervising, and supporting junior team members.
-Understanding of typical Luxembourg structures supporting investment in European real estate and infrastructure.
-Previous experience in company secretarial, transfer agency, and cash management functions.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with eFront, Viewpoint, and Yardi would be an advantage.
-Quick to learn new systems and able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
