THE JOB:
Our client, a leading international tax and law firm is currently seeking a mid-level Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate practice in Luxembourg. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team advising high-profile clients on a wide range of complex corporate transactions.
As part of the Corporate team, the successful candidate will advise clients on all legal aspects of their business activities in Luxembourg and internationally, with a strong focus on:
-Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
-Corporate restructurings
-Joint ventures
-General corporate governance matters
-The role involves working closely with tax, regulatory, and transactional teams to provide comprehensive legal support on both local and cross-border deals.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-2 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Law, preferably acquired within top-tier or international law firms in Luxembourg
-Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or registered on Liste IV
-Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish considered an advantage
-Strong academic background and ability to deliver clear, solution-oriented legal advice
-Motivated, flexible, and autonomous, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
-Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
