THE JOB:
Our client, a leading international tax and law firm, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate practice in Luxembourg. This is a great opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team that supports high-profile clients across a wide range of complex corporate transactions.
You will advise clients on all legal aspects of their business activities in Luxembourg and abroad, with a strong focus on M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters. The role is ideal for a lawyer looking to contribute to a growing practice while working in a dynamic, international environment.
Your daily work will be centered around delivering tailored legal solutions that meet clients’ strategic objectives. You’ll also work closely with tax, regulatory, and transactional teams to provide full-service support on both local and cross-border deals.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Law in Luxembourg, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm.
-Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or registered on Liste IV.
-Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
-Excellent drafting and legal analysis skills and are able to provide clear, practical advice.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage several matters in parallel.
-Effective communicator whos enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
