LAWYER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE (M/F)
THE JOB:
Our client is seeking a qualified Investment Funds Lawyer to join their investment management practice, which has extensive fund structuring expertise in a broad range of asset classes, among which infrastructure, private equity, debt and real estate.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join a multidisciplinary team and make a significant contribution to this growing practice. The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
·Advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on providing legal advice to our clients in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds;
·Supporting the team on a broad spectrum of investments and Financial Services regulation deals;
·Working with a client base and with local and foreign law firms.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
·Five+ years’ post-qualification experience as an investment funds lawyer, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm in Luxembourg;
·Strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills;
·The successful candidates will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, and work well in a team environment;
·French and English speaking and excellent written skills. Knowledge of Dutch, German or Luxemburgish would be an asset.
