SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER (M/F)
THE JOB :
The Senior Finance Manager will join a successful and growing organization, supporting its fast growth and leading internal strategic projects, including ERP implementation. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, including the Managing Partner and Executive Committee, as well as Group counterparts in Paris, the Senior Finance Manager oversees the daily management of the Finance team and all related tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure timely and accurate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (local, statutory, and Group reporting requirements).
– Supervise general finance activities such as timesheet review, accounts payable and receivable management, cash flow forecasting, tax and VAT filings, internal bookkeeping, and expense report management.
– Monitor and analyze key finance indicators, providing recommendations as needed.
Identify risks, assess their impacts, propose solutions, and execute remediation plans.
– Contribute to the successful implementation of ERP systems within allocated budget and timeframe.
– Oversee a team of 4 individuals across 2 locations on a day-to-day basis.
– Prepare budget submissions and monitor their execution in collaboration with senior management.
– Accountable for yearly financial statement production from preparation to filing.
– Act as the primary contact for external auditors.
– Maintain relationships with service providers, including banking institutions.
– Establish and uphold modern and efficient finance policies and procedures.
– Review and optimize existing finance processes and workflows.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar environment, demonstrating strong leadership in finance.
– Proficient in Luxembourg accounting norms, tax, and VAT standards.
– Familiarity with consolidation principles and IFRS standards.
– Fluent in English, with proficiency in French as an asset.
– Strong analytical, financial planning, and organizational skills.
– Knowledge of the audit and consulting sector is beneficial.
– A team player with a solution-oriented approach and resilience in managing stress.
