SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / CONSOLIDATION (M/F)
THE JOB:
·Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports
·Lead the planning of the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities
·Prepare financial presentations for the Board and senior management.
·Support investor relations with accurate and timely financial data
·Supervise the group consolidation process under IFRS standards (external partner)
·Coordinate the implementation of IFRS rules across France, Spain, and Luxembourg
·Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and ensure timely completion of consolidation audits
·Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) for Luxembourg entities
·Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with our Corporate Administrator
·Monitor and manage group cash flow and liquidity
·Calculate and report key financial ratios required by banking partners due to the group’s debt level
·Supervise the accounting operations of two Luxembourg-based companies (external partner)
·Ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards
·Support the optimization of financial information systems and reporting tools
·Implement transfer pricing model
·Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing regulations
·Monitor intercompany flows and reconcile balances across entities
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
·Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
·7-10 years of experience in financial controlling, consolidation, and reporting within an international group or as an Auditor
·Used to build analytical reporting and perform P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow analysis
·Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes
·Proficiency in financial planning, cash flow management, and ratio analysis
·Familiarity with: tax compliance in Luxembourg and with compliance frameworks and governance best practices for holding structures
·Experience in leading cross-functional projects (e.g., ERP implementation, process harmonization)
·Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
·Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
·Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
·Excellent communication and coordination skills
·Ability to manage and coordinate with finance 3rd parties
·Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: capable of interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
·Ability to build complex models for scenario analysis and valuation
