SENIOR FUND ACCOUNTANT – AIFM (M/F)
THE JOB:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, team oriented individual to join a dynamic and growing team . Assist with the accounting and finance work managed by in-house Lux AIFM and General Partners of Luxembourg Funds.
Duties to include:
- Bookkeeping under Lux GAAP
- Assist with annual statutory reporting process and audit;
- Assist with the quarterly/annual financials;
- Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts;
- Liaising with London Finance and Fund adm. team as needed;
- Processing invoices, payments, GPS calculations;
- Assist with liquidity modelling and analysis (Lux costs Fund, bank reconciliations, VAT…);
- Assist with VAT and tax compliance returns;
- Other duties as assigned.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Relevant professional qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience
- Fluent in English, good command of French
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player: eager to learn and work with others in a dynamic and friendly environment
THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading Private Equity house.
