I choose recruitment because I think that it is a great way to assist people getting the job they deserve and companies finding the employee that they need. Sometimes we achieve this task, and sometimes, we don’t.

Yesterday, one of my candidates got disappointing news, and it was hard.

But this morning, she enlighten my entire week by writing me this : “You did restore a big part of my faith in the kindness of people and the professionalism of recruiters. Thank you so much!”

When we do not achieve, that’s the kind of feedback that puts me back on track!
