The invoiced amount is based on a percentage of the new hire’s projected salary during the first year of employment. On occasion we may invoice a retainer fee at the start of the recruitment process, this is depending on the complexity of the role. The main fee becomes payable only when you have found the right candidate that you would like to recruit.
