EU OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (M/F)
Our client is seeking an EU Operations Associate to join our growing team in Luxembourg. This role serves as a central coordination point across EU markets, supporting data management processes, tracking of various asset management data points, involvement with technology initiatives and other operational areas.
The EU Operations Associate will work closely with Property Management, Legal, Accounting, Debt, and Operations teams to support proper monitoring of assets, critical dates, and loan compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.
THE ROLE:
- Review of Quickbase data for accuracy/completeness
- Assist with data warehouse technology initiatives and with quickbase access and report building
- Tenant receivable and pursuit cost review
- Track pursuit cost approvals
- Support German Development document management and loan closing processes
- Assist with risk management to review for accuracy of property information in annual insurance renewals
- Support Loan compliance/covenant tracking via the Quickbase debt tool and other mechanisms
- Assist US based operations team with EU comp processes such as annual comp review and variable compensation plan calculations
- Luxembourg payroll recharges
- Assist with review of quarterly overhead allocations
- Assist with review of quarterly IT allocations file to ensure correct people are included
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 4-7 years’ experience within audit, consulting or business operations
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate asset concepts.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. German language skills preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across functions and seniority levels. Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethics, strong work ethic, adaptability, and sound judgement.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and recurring deliverables across dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), and familiarity with database systems.
