THE JOB:
DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS is proud to represent their client, an international asset manager in their search of a legal function responsible for product-related matters across jurisdictions. Based in Luxembourg the candidate will be a member of a truly multicultural and multilingual Fund Law team. The role involves providing legal support across a range of fund management matters, including governance, licensing, and global fund distribution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Draft and negotiate agreements relating to global fund distribution.
• Provide legal advisory; take ownership and support the business by offering solid legal guidance on day-to-day fund operations and matters covering the full life cycle of funds.
• Support and drive regularly recurring assignments on the product side relating to funds.
• Collaborate with multinational teams across various locations.
• Report to the Head of Fund Law.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Self-driven with a strong drive to achieve both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Enjoys learning and works well in a changing and international environment.
• Reliable team player with an open and positive mindset.
• Master’s degree in law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of previous experience in the financial sector.
• Fluency in English (fluency in German is an advantage).
