After finishing my internship in EY Luxembourg, I completed the final year of my Bachelor degree from University of Limerick, Ireland. When I was offered the chance to come back to Luxembourg and work with EY as a junior auditor, I jumped at it. After almost 3 years in audit, I was missing the personal connection in my daily work. I’ve always had recruitment in my mind, from when I studied some recruitment and HR modules in university. I made the move to DO during the summer of 2016 and haven’t looked back! Since joining DO, I have had the opportunity to meet with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, which makes no two days the same. Having the opportunity to mix my financial background with my interest in people and their behaviours guarantees that I am being constantly challenged and learning continuously. Also – there is nothing like the feeling when you get to tell a candidate that they have landed their dream job!
