I have a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Liège, so it has always been my objective to work in an environment where there is plenty of human interaction. It was therefore a natural start for me to choose a career within the recruitment sector. Initially I started working in the temping market, filling vacancies from associate to executive levels. Very quickly, I began to specialise on permanent recruitment of accounting and financial profiles, first in Belgium (Liège) and now in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
It has been 20 years since I started working in recruitment, and I still have the same passion and joy for my job as I did at the start. It gives me great job satisfaction to be able to contribute to someone’s career development and, at the same time, to be able to help our clients find the right employee is a delight!
