It is our client partners that pay our fees and it is for this reason that we need to fill the position based on our client’s specific criteria and we only send a select few most suitable candidates. This is of course something that we will share with you, but the fact that we can’t actually put forward all of the excellent applicants we meet is one of the challenges that we face.

If we are not in a position to send you for a particular job, we keep your details on our database, so that we can contact you once a more suitable role opens. The timeframe we get back to people depends on your profile and career aspirations; there are some profiles that are more in demand than others so we can get back to some people sooner and others a lot later.
