THE JOB:
DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS  is proud to represent their client, a leading international private equity firm, in their search for a Company Secretary..
The role is part of the Luxembourg office, reporting to the Head of Operations, supporting the senior company secretary. Responsibilities include:
-Providing administrative support for monitoring a portfolio of ~150 Luxembourg-based companies.
-Organising board and general meetings, preparing board packs, drafting non-technical minutes and AGMs.
-Preparing minutes of internal committee meetings.
-Managing publication on Luxembourg public registers.
-Maintaining records of beneficial owners and managing related reporting.
-Coordinating director signatures and archiving signed documents.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-At least 3 years’ experience in a similar company secretarial or corporate governance role.
-Familiarity with Luxembourg corporate law and reporting requirements.
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-Results-oriented and highly structured.
-Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
-Experience in private equity operations is a plus.
