GROUP CORPORATE REPORTING AND CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST
THE ROLE :
DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to recruit, for one of its clients, a large manufacturing company and forward-thinking global organization, a Group Corporate Reporting & Consolidation specialist.
As a Finance Professional in the team, you will:
Take ownership of annual consolidated and standalone financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local accounting standards
Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to maintain robust financial controls
Expand your expertise in global accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and other local frameworks
Support and reflect complex organizational changes and restructurings in financial records
Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver seamless and high-quality services
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Strong accounting expertise with experience in consolidated and standalone financial statements and multi-entity group structures
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to support business decisions
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Adaptable and thrives in international, cross-cultural environments
Proficient in English; additional languages ( Polish ) are a plus
Professional accounting credentials (ACCA/CIMA) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
Works independently while contributing effectively to team collaboration
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
