KNOWLEDGE MANAGER- TAX (M/F)

THE JOB:
DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS is proud to represent an international law firm in their search of a Knowledge manager. In close collaboration with the Tax department’s partners and associates, the role focuses on knowledge management and learning development.
Key tasks include:
-Organizing and maintaining the department’s know-how database.
-Drafting templates, memoranda, and practice notes.
-Planning and coordinating training seminars within the Tax department and across other departments.
-Organizing and participating in internal meetings and training sessions.
-Providing academic and technical legal input for presentations, articles, and newsflashes.
-Offering insights on market developments affecting the practice.
-Collaborating with teams across HR, IT, Marketing & Communication, and Know-How.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Master’s degree in law (or equivalent).
-At least five years in Luxembourg Tax law as a practicing lawyer or professional support lawyer.
-Fluent in English and French (additional languages are an advantage).
-Team player with strong communication skills.
-Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects.
-Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
-Familiar with legal databases and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
