One example of an on-going project that we are managing is an outsourced exit interview process; when an employee leaves our client’s Company, we conduct exit interviews on our premises to establish the reasons for their departure. As an impartial independent party, we find that ex-employees will often divulge a lot more information to us than they would at any meetings conducted in-house, this information is kept anonymous. At the end of the specified time period, we compile a final report and this information can be invaluable for a company to enable them to establish an effective retention strategy.

We have also been involved in compiling future talent profiling pools for our client partners, and we also conduct salary surveys for specific niche markets.
