One example of an on-going project that we are managing is an outsourced exit interview process; when an employee leaves our client’s Company, we conduct exit interviews on our premises to establish the reasons for their departure. As an impartial independent party, we find that ex-employees will often divulge a lot more information to us than they would at any meetings conducted in-house, this information is kept anonymous. At the end of the specified time period, we compile a final report and this information can be invaluable for a company to enable them to establish an effective retention strategy.
